Thank you for your interest in bringing your event to the Cultural Stage at Be'er Sheva Park. Please complete this form to the best of your abilities. Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email confirming the availability of your event. If you require tech needs for your event, you will also be invited to schedule a meeting with our Programming Coordinator to gather more information about your technical needs. Please note we require at least 2 weeks notice to get events permitted in a timely manner.
Applying for the Cultural Stage through this program allows you:
- To pay $0 in Seattle Parks and Rec. Permits and Fees*.
- Waived 10% vendor cut.
- Access to top of the line production equipment such as lighting and sound equipment, if needed**
- Experienced crew to run all AV for your event, if needed.**
**AV support and event production to be provided by SkyLit Designs, LLC. and not Seattle Parks and Rec. Department. Audio and visual tech support may include additional costs.
